As the Sun strengthens and days lengthen, we turn our attention to what it is we need for our own processes of growth. Here we turn to Brigid, She of the Forge, the Flame and the Holy Well; She who brings Transformation, Inspiration and Healing to those with the Daring to approach her and ask.
What is it you need? What preparations need be made so you might step forward into the next leg of your journey toward your Self and the ability to bring forth the gifts you alone are fit to deliver? We cannot have what we cannot ask for. Are you ready to ask? And more importantly, are you willing to receive?
This seven week online workshop is a safe space within which to decide what it is you most need, ask for it and begin receiving it from both Brigid and your Personal God. The workshop requires reading, daily practice, writing and other assignments including candle magick, ritual bathing and devotional work with Brigid.

Ink and Ecstasy
Whether we are spiritual students, seekers or practitioners we know the value and importance of a disciplined spiritual practice. Writing is, for me, such a discipline. I’ve always been a journaller, a scribbler, a list maker. If it’s important, it gets written down.
Writing practice opens us up to ourselves, creating a space where all parts of the self find a voice on the page. It’s impossible to hide from ourselves in all that empty space begging to be covered in ink. Inviting the parts of ourselves to speak their peace, we see ourselves clearly and can come not only into alignment, but agreement so all our parts can work in harmony toward the goal of living our lives in a more fully empowered and authentic way.
Writing practice also opens us to ecstasy. When we write, we are able to discern the voice of the Genius, the Wild and Divine Selves quite clearly—and are able to answer, without hesitation, the question, “How do I know which soul is speaking?” I have yet to find a more meaningful way to access the wisdom of the Personal God and am consistently stunned by the universal truth and beauty of that voice.
Combined with writing practice is the habit of reading something every day which is beautiful, inspiring, sensual, sexy, joyful, transformative. I read poetry and prose, fiction and nonfiction, self help and anthropology, religious texts, on-line blogs and the revelatory written correspondence of my students.
I want to share with you the practice of writing as a means of deepening your spiritual practice and more fully engaging the three souls in meaningful conversation. Ink & Ecstasy will push your limits, broaden your vision and raise your expectations regarding your own capabilities.
Class meets online for nine weeks beginning February 15. No writing experience is required. Assignments will include reading, writing, class participation and exercises meant to deepen and broaden your current spiritual practice. Our online forum is a respectful, non-critical and kind environment within which to share the whole of yourself.

This seven week online workshop will take us deep into the threefold nature of Self and its myriad manifestations. Beginning with foundational questions and practices, we will mine our depths for the multi-faceted jewel of Healthy Selfhood. Through reading, discussion, a variety of exercises and ritual magic we will endeavor to eloquently express that jewel in thought, word and deed. Of course, we will also explore how Self connects to the other points on our Iron Pentacle— Passion, Pride, Power and Sex—informing and shaping the whole while also being fed and shaped by them. Iron Pentacle is a dynamic magical tool for the empowerment of the Feri Witch and through us, the world we engage with.
IN THE NAME OF SELF is a celebration and affirmation of the three-fold spirits we are—Human, Wild and Divine. Expect it to be juicy, surprising and personally revelatory. Expect to work hard and to be delighted as we come to know the Nature of Self as it is expressed in lore and through the gods of the Feri Tradition. If “God is self and self is god and god is a person like myself,”* then who does that make you?

I am committed to co-creating a respectful container within which to discuss all manner of topics related to Self. While this is a workshop where we will discuss and employ magic and ritual for the development of Healthy Selfhood, it is not group-therapy. Nor is it a support or affinity group. If you are in need of psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, I strongly suggest you locate a professional who can provide those services for you.

The Pentacles of Pearl and Iron are dynamic magical tools for the empowerment of the Feri Witch and through us, the world we engage with.

There are strict pre-requisites for this workshop. I will not offer Pearl to those who have no worked extensively with Iron. Please be certain to clearly describe your association with Feri Tradition your experience with Iron and which Feri Initiate you studied Iron with.
